    INCIDENT #1: At about 8:40 PM on Friday, January 13, 2017, members of the Youth Violence Strike Force conducted a firearm investigation in the area of 716 Washington Street in District C-11 (Dorchester). During the investigation, officers observed three males known to them enter a store and then almost immediately exit.
