HiTT Boxing with Strength and Conditioning small group fitness class brings a full body workout that covers cardiovascular explosiveness and resistance training in one session.

The class begins with a progressive warm up thenproceeds to heavy bag and/or pad work drills. Although cardio centric, emphasis will be placed on basic boxing technic.

The second part of the workout is thestrength and conditioning circuit. Progressions and regressions are made based on individual levels. Coaching of proper form and technic will be provided.

Equipment that may/may not be part of the circuit include: 5-10lb medicine balls,5-25lb dumbbels, TRX, and ladder. This will be completed in 40 second intervals with about 10-20 seconds of rest.

All HiTT classes are instructed by Michael Gotauco, whos career in fitness started in the US marines as an Infantryman 2004-2008. He is also certified by the NSCA and has worked as a personal trainer for a couple of years in the Boston area.
