    File Photo SOURCE: File Photo Police are investigating after discovering that someone poured urine into soap dispensers and air fresheners at the Burlington Public Library. A visitor to the library reported finding a cup of urine in the men's bathroom on March 22, police said. Witnesses also reported the "noticeable odor of urine."
