    By Beth Treffeisen and Emily Resnevic Last month, Mayor Walsh announced intentions to better track and regulate short-term rentals in Boston and assign annual fees to operators of different types of rentals. That has residents, local elected officials, and neighborhood organizations debating how best to deal with short-term rentals and how they impact the City's housing crisis.
