Monday Morning Update: * Strongest winds and rain subside early this morning * Another round of gusty winds today, but not as strong as last night Winds were still gusting over 50 mph early this morning on Cape Cod and the Islands, but will subside by just after sunrise. We'll all have a lull for a few hours, before winds shift to the west or southwest and pick up again during the morning. Gusts of 40 to 50 mph are expected through the afternoon, before the wind finally subsides late in the day. These strong winds may produce additional scattered damage, in the form of a few downed trees or large branches, but nothing like the damage that occurred overnight.
