Fat, oil and grease (FOG) are believe to be the leading cause of sanitary sewer overflow. After cooking, pour FOG into a can, cover with the grease lid and freeze it. When can is full, remove lid and put in trash on collection day. Protect our environment, pick up a free grease lid from us.
