The Hyde Square Task Force received the Antonia Orfield Citizenship Award from the New England First Amendment Coalition at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel on Feb. 23. The youth leaders received the award for their work on finding that the owners of the TD Garden weren’t following a 1993 state mandate that required them to host charitable events every year.
