    A Taiwan-based tea shop chain with United States locations around the Northeast and in Texas just opened its first location in Boston, filling Chinatown with cups and cups full of bubble tea. Chinatown land trust discusses public land parcel

Parcel R-1 is a parking lot on Tyler and Harvard streets, the former location of the Wang YMCA bubble. It is owned by the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) and is leased to Tufts Shared Services, representing Tufts University and Tufts Medical Center. The lease expires at the end of 2017.

No donuts. Dunkin' set to open near Boston Common

The store, located on the corner of Tremont and West streets, is set to open next month, and despite what the sign says, there will be donuts for sale.

    No you don't need an extra cup of coffee to open your eyes. The sign is correct. A Dunkin' Donuts is set to open near the Boston Common only it is a little different from other stores. The fast-food coffee shop will just have Dunkin' on the sign sans donuts.
