In this case, it appears that didn’t happen because the beer garden would be on state land, not City land, said Old Dover President Ken Smith.” Not checking in with the neighborhood groups that helped force his open space to happen and outlined recommended uses is a mistake. When will they learn that keeping in touch and keeping folks informed will get them further every time.
