Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. and New England Development have revealed more details and preliminary renderings for Allston Yards — their proposed 10.6-acre, mixed-use development w/up to 1,050 housing units. The project's initial building would include the new Shop & Shop, 360 housing units (town home-style units and 14 stories of apartments), ground-floor retail, community space, 410 structured parking spaces and on-street parking.
