Last Friday night the All Bright Community Center hosted its Winter Wonderland and it was a hit! Thank you to our partners Maloney Properties & Our Family Nurturing Center for volunteering your time. A HUGE thank you to our resident volunteers (Leadership Academy graduates) and all of our wonderful residents who came and joined in the festivities. Without any of you, none of this would be possible!

We have joined efforts with Fenway Community ...

We have joined efforts with Fenway Community Development Corporation on a campaign regulate corporate short-term rentals. There is increasing evidence that nightly rental platforms such as AirBnB, as well as corporate short-stays, take apartments off the long-term rental market and are a factor in driving up rents to unaffordable levels. This is why we have launched a postcard campaign to support legislation from Rep. Aaron Michlewitz (H.3454). For more information on how to get involved in this statewide campaign, or to sign a postcard, please email or call Jason Desrosier at Desrosier@allstonbrightoncdc.org or (617) 787-3874 x206. We will be dropping off the postcards to City Hall and the State House in February.
