Wilvin Guity, a 28-year-old Dorchester man, has been charged with the shooting deaths of 23-year-old Christopher Joyce and 58-year-old Clayborn Blair on May 4 in Jackson Square, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s (DA) Office.
