    Heavy rain, flash freeze this weekend; flood watch, winter weather advisory in effect
    (WHDH) - Heavy rain moved through Massachusetts Friday afternoon and evening, and continued through early Saturday morning. A flash freeze is expected on Saturday afternoon, caused by a drastic decrease in temperatures throughout the state. MassDOT has already warned drivers about the slick road conditions expected Saturday.

    Drivers struggle through overnight floodwaters in Cambridge and Marion
    BOSTON (WHDH) - Drivers struggled through overnight floodwaters in Cambridge and Marion. Heavy rain and wind on Friday night and Saturday morning caused several issues for commuters. Flooding under Longfellow Bridge in Cambridge caused some vehicles to stall. Strong wind and rain in Marion caused flooding in some areas and trees to crash down in the middle of the roads.
