See that empty chair? That could be YOUR seat...

See that empty chair? That could be YOUR seat! Twice a month we host a Resident Coffee Hour at the All Brighton Community Center to provide a relaxing space for residents of our properties to come together and share their stories in a stress free environment with refreshments as well as small arts & craft activities. This month we're all about adult coloring books because they have the potential to reduce anxiety, reduce stress, and create a sense of mindfulness. Be sure to check out our monthly resident newsletter for upcoming coffee hour dates & times! #Allston #BrightonMA #AllstonBrighton
