    Over the river from Boston, Cambridge and Somerville had a bit of a slow winter in terms of restaurant openings; there were a few highlights, from ceviche in Union Square to delivery-only fried chicken sandwiches coming out of Inman Square, but there weren't very many openings overall. Spring might be another story, however.
