    Boston Burger Company is inching closer to opening in Kendall Square, an expansion that first came to light in late July. The new restaurant could debut early next year. Co-founder and owner Chuck Sillari confirmed to Eater that Boston Burger Company's application for a Common Victualler license has been approved by the City of Cambridge; he is currently waiting for the city to issue a building permit.
