    It's hard not to notice rising gas prices as we head to the pumps-and they have indeed been climbing. A year ago, a gallon cost about $2.40; now it's closer to $3. The price of oil is at the root of that rise, of course, going from about $45 a barrel to around $70 in the same time period.

    High food insecurity found in a sample of adults on probation in Rhode Island
    BOSTON (June 8, 2018, 2:00 p.m. ET)-A new cross-sectional study led by public health researchers at Tufts University School of Medicine has found significant food insecurity for adults on probation in Rhode Island. The research team found that nearly three-quarters of the 304 study participants experienced food insecurity over a 30-day period, with almost half having very low food security.
